Retirement Communities in Las Vegas
Sun
City Aliante, which is Del Webb's newest Las Vegas Sun City
project, is being built along the northern section of the I-215
beltway as part of the new Aliante master planned community
in North Las Vegas. Aliante will be the smallest of the Las
Vegas Sun City offerings with just about 2,000 homes total.
The Promenade is a small gated Las Vegas retirement community
west of the Las Vegas strip near the Meadows Mall. Prices range
from the high $200,000's. Centrally located, it serves retirees
well because it is near public transportation, shopping, parks,
and civic activities.

course offers beautiful views that overlook the surrounding
mountains. Los Prados is considered one of the moderately priced
Las Vegas retirement communities ranging from $250,000's to

Las Vegas mountains and city and residents enjoy winding scenic
trails, pools, outdoor concerts, aerobics and all the usual

Black Mountains. The 36,000 square foot community center includes
hobby rooms, a fitness center, card rooms, computer labs, volleyball,
and the Desert Willows Golf Course. Home prices have risen to
the high $200,000's to $600,000.
Siena is located in Summerlin's south end. Residents are welcomed
with rows of tall palm trees and a guard gated entrance. Over
1800 homes are in the last stages of completion and are considered
one of the finest age-restricted communities for active Las
Vegas adults. There is an indoor swimming pool and outdoor pool,

with card rooms, theater, ballroom, Bocce Ball courts, spas,
saunas and tennis courts. Living in Siena is like being on vacation
all year round. All homes are one-story and range in price from
the high $300,000's to mid $700,000's.
